Expeditions and Return

SHIPPING
Delivery times are 2 to 10 working days after receipt of payment.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email that will allow you to locate your package. 
Hair styling products are sensitive and can be damaged by freezing or heat, which is why all our packages are delivered directly to the post office rather than to the door. If you prefer to receive your shipment directly at home you can contact us or leave a note in your order to notify us.  Please note that in this case L'Entrepôt de la Coiffure is not responsible for any damage that may be caused to your purchases or for the loss or theft of them. 

***Canada Post Strike***

Note that, due to the postal strike we are now sending our packages via Purolator. 

Your package will be delivered to your home the first time and if there is no response it will be redirected to the Purolator pick-up point closest to you so that you can collect it.

FREE DELIVERY

Free delivery applies to orders of $100 and more (before taxes) for orders sent to Canada only except for far off zone by Canada Post only.

PICKUP IN STORE

If you select in-store pickup, you do not pay delivery charges and you can pick up your package directly at our Laval store at 1722 boulevard des Laurentides in Laval.

When the order is ready, you will receive an email letting you know the order is ready for pickup.

You should prompt an ID with Photo and the same adress of the order.

STATEMENT OF STOCKS

If an item of your order is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible.

 

PROMOTIONS AND PRICE 

Prices displayed online as well as discounts and promotions may differ from our in-store prices and promotions.

L´entrepot de la coiffure is not responsible for any errors in pricing or product descriptions on the Online Shop.

 

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES

A defective item will be refunded or replaced for free by L'Entrepôt de la coiffure provided that it is returned to us in its original packaging and accompanied by the original invoice.

If you are not satisfied with an electrical product but it is not defective, you can return it to us in its original packaging and in perfect condition in order to receive a credit applicable on another purchase and this within 15 days after receipt of the package. The return fee is the responsibility of the customer.

Consumables are not returnable or refundable.

For hygiene reasons, the combs, rasors, blade and brushes are neither returnable nor refundable.

Scissors, clippers as well as some heating appliances (such as steampod, miracurls, and heated/blow brushes,...) are neither returnable nor refundable.

 

GUARANTEES

To benefit from the supplier’s warranty on the hairdressing accessories the item must be returned to the Hairdressing Warehouse at the customer’s expense so that we can hand it over to the company that insures the warranty.
